What will you do?

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen who can drive NVISO’s financial success and support its international expansion goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to support NVISO’s growth objectives. Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. Provide strategic recommendations to the NVISO leadership team.
  • Cost Management & Optimization: Manage NVISO’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Optimize our financial performance through effective cost management and resource allocation. Implement and oversee financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial bookkeeping and reporting in accordance with local and international regulations. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Treasury & Cash Management: managie liquidity, investments, and optimize NVISO’s cash flow.
  • Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including currency risk, credit risk, and operational risk. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Ensure the company has adequate insurance coverage.
  • Capital Management: Manage relationships with banks, and other financial institutions. Oversee fundraising efforts, i.c. debt financing. Prepare and present financial information to stakeholders and potential investors.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and conduct financial due diligence. Oversee the integration of acquired companies into the financial structure of the organization. Develop and execute post-acquisition financial strategies.
  • Technology and Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technology. Ensure financial data integrity and security. Leverage technology to improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other departments to support business development and strategic initiatives. Develop financial models to support partnership decisions. Negotiate and manage financial aspects of strategic partnerships and contracts.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and training to finance staff. Ensure the finance team is equipped with the necessary tools and skills to support NVISO’s growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Proficient in the use of financial management software.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (English, both verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
  • CPA, CFA, or relevant qualification is a plus.
  • Bachelor or a Master’s degree
